Located next to the beach, where all buildings consist in Townhouses of a typical and colourful architecture, involved of many nice Pine trees. The house is 900m from the beach away and 700m from a small shopping area, with Restaurants, Shops and Bars.
The property has 2 floors, having on the ground-floor the living-dining room, equipped with TV, Hi-Fi and Fireplace and access to the small garden with BBQ and a table to take some meals at the fresh air. On the ground-floor is also the kitchen, which is fully equipped including Dishwasher. Next to the kitchen you have one of the bathrooms, with shower.
The 3 bed-rooms are on the first floor, one with twin-beds and two with double-beds. There is also one full bath-room. On the Top floor you have a space with the washing-machine and access to a big roof-terrace with a fantastic view to the sea and the Complex.
