The apartment is surrounded by well maintained beautiful gardens with a large pool and childrens pool that is shared with the other apartments on the complex.
There are cooling fans in the living area and both of the bedrooms.
The apartment has a large terrace with suitable furniture, sunloungers and a barbeque.

Description of Area in & around Denia
La Sella, Near Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain
Amenities:
There is a supermarket and bar within a few minutes drive of the apartment. The town of Denia with its large beaches, bars, restaurants and shops is a 10 minute drive away.
Golf:
There are two other golf courses in the area as well as La Sella, Club de Golf Oliva Nova with 18 holes and Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes. Club de Golf La Sella and Club de Golf Oliva Nova are both Championship courses and have driving ranges.
Denia is a bustling historic town with a port where you can catch the ferry to the island of Ibiza. The main street has many lively bars and a street market. Denia also has miles of sandy beaches.
Shopping in the town is a must and every Monday morning a local market is held for those searching out those extra holiday bargains. In the evening there is a night market opposite the harbour where you can also sit, eat, drink and watch the fishermen bringing in their daily catch. Denia is bursting with superb restaurants offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. There are also music bars, some being located on the beach, and discos open until the early hours if you feel that energetic!
For golfers there are three main courses in the immediate area these being La Sella, Olivia and Javea. You can take excursions from the harbour to neighbouring resorts, one of the longer trips being to Ibiza and Formentera. Other local activities include tennis, horse riding, go-karting, fishing and wind surfing.
Denia is renowned for its many festivals throughout the year. If you get the opportunity to join in with the locals don’t miss the chance to do so.
Access to Denia - The airports of Alicante and Valencia are both approximately 100 Kms (62 miles) away = 1hour by car.
The National route N-332 Valencia-Alicante and the A-7 Motorway (exit 62) are just inland.
There is also a rail link to Denia from Alicante and all points between.
