Situated in the exclusive Balcon Al Mar residential area of Javea, Casa Monteverde offers spacious accommodation. The views, particularly from the roof terrace are outstanding and local shops and restaurants are a short walk away.
A recently refurbished light and airy villa in the exclusive Balcon al Mar area of Javea, extensive sea views are available from many parts of the house and gardens.
The property offers 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms (one en-suite). The private pool measures 8m x 5m and is surrounded by terraces and gardens. An external staircase leads to the roof terrace, from which there are extensive sea views, on a clear day to the Balearic Islands can be seen.
The house is entered via a few steps to a small terrace with a door leading into a large open-plan lounge, which has windows overlooking the pool and terraces. On the main levele is a modern fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one ensuite) and a main bathroom.
A stairway from the lounge leads to two further bedrooms and very another large family bathroom. The upper bathroom has both a bath and separate shower cubicle. The downstairs bathroom is large and stylish with a large walk-in shower. There is access to the pool and terrace via a door in the hallway of the lower level. Balcon Al Mar has its own bars, restaurants and supermarkets, some within walking distance.
The bay of Granadella is just 4km by car, and the Cabo de la Nao lighthouse, with it’s superb sea and coastline vistas, is less than 1km away. Javea's popular Arenal beach (featuring a large promenade and plethora of restaurants, bars and shops) is about a 10 minute drive from the villa, while the port and Javea town can be reached in under 15 minutes.
