A very spacious executive villa which is ideal for 2 families travelling together or suitable for groups.
The villa can be rented (top section only) in low / mid season as a 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus large kitchen, lounge with fireplace, private pool and garden, top terrace with lovely views and naya for shade around the pool.

It is situated in a picturesque area of Javea with pleasant views of the valley and Montgo Mountain and sea views. You can walk in to Javea approximately 20 minutes
Javea is a small fishing town, split into three areas, the Old Town, Port and Arenal. The historic Old Town has many winding cobbled streets with picturesque plazas. The weekly market is held on Thursday when you can buy fresh local produce and crafts. The port is a lively bustling area with many shops, fish restaurants and bars. The Arenal (beach) small, sandy cove surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars.
Denia is a bustling historic town with a port where you can catch the ferry to the island of Ibiza. The main street has many lively bars and a street market. Denia also has miles of sandy beaches.
