Centrally located 4 bedroom villa set in a quiet residential area of Javea.
The villa has recently been refurbished to a high standard and offers exclusive comfortable living accommodation. With lovely views of the montgo mountain from the lounge and dinning areas.
The villa consists of a 2 double bedroom on level one; the master room has a balcony with a double bed, and the other twin room has a single bed with another pullout single bed, this room also has a balcony. Large family bath/ shower room. From the hall for both bedrooms.
On the ground level you have 2 more double rooms, with a twin room with a single and single pull out bed. And a double bedded room. On this level is a good size family bathroom.
2 Sunny lounge areas with cable television in the lounge and master bedroom.
Lots of comfortable seating, one lounge has beamed ceilings and Tosca arches and open fireplace.
From the lounge is a dining area and doors leading to a summer lounge.
From the lounge diner is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, etc.
Utility room with a washing machine and another large fridge /freezer is on the ground level.
There are two dining areas, one inside and the second on an open terrace under a naya which leads to a brick built BBQ and the pool terrace. On the terrace is a bar for outside parties.
Outside there is private fenced pretty Spanish garden with an 8x4 pool. And sun terrace with ample sun loungers and chairs. For 8 people.
If you want some shady areas, there is the naya (covered terrace) and the palm trees.
There is parking to the front of the villa with a garage; you can park 3 cars on the drive.
The villa is close to all the main facilities in Javea, ideal large family or group villa. You can walk to the beach and bars within 20/25 minutes. Good value, central villa.

Javea is a small fishing town, split into three areas, the Old Town, Port and Arenal. The historic Old Town has many winding cobbled streets with picturesque plazas. The weekly market is held on Thursday when you can buy fresh local produce and crafts. The port is a lively bustling area with many shops, fish restaurants and bars. The Arenal (beach) small, sandy cove surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars.
Denia is a bustling historic town with a port where you can catch the ferry to the island of Ibiza. The main street has many lively bars and a street market. Denia also has miles of sandy beaches.
Alicante airport is only 1 hr.10 mins. drive away.
Valencia Airport is only about 1 hr. 20 mins. away.
