Consists of two semi-detached villas/cottages, both exceptionally furnished in a rustic style, situated in a rural setting. Each cottage (A & B) sleeps 4 persons. They can be booked separately or together - ideal for 2 families or friends wanting to holiday together. Cottage B

This holiday accommodation is situated between the town of Almayate and the village of Los Puertas, in the countryside. Near Torre del Mar. Although situated in a rural setting it is just over 2 kilometres to the coast, 1 kilometre from the motorway and near to the villages of Los Puertas and Almayate. The towns of Torre del Mar and Velez-Malaga are some ten minutes drive away.

Description of Area in & around Torre del Mar
Torre del Mar, Malaga, Costa del Sol, Spain
Near to the villages of Los Puertas and Almayate. The towns of Torre del Mar and Velez-Malaga are some ten minutes drive away. The seafront promenade (see photo below) received an award for being one of the best Paseos in Europe. Torre del Mar is a small coastal town in the region of La Axarquia, in the province of Málaga.
Wonderful walking
It is some 25 minutes drive east of Málaga air-port. Serviced by motorway and excellent roads which leave it in a unique position to visit Sevilla, Córdoba and Granada etc. Also the Andalucian interior, from the "white" villages of the Axarquia to the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. This region varies from fertile plains and almond groves to the mountain of La Maroma 2065 metres with its forested foothills. Ideal for walking, riding, painting, twitching etc, as well as enjoying the wide beaches and outstanding seafront of the town.
Torre del Mar is very Spanish, full of restaurants offering a variety of international cuisine and with beach bars which offer typical Spanish tapas and fish dishes.
