This is a fantastic villa with private pool set in a quiet residential area of Javea located close to restaurants and supermarkets and only a 5 minute drive away from Javea’s Arenal Beach.
The villa has two living areas on separate floors with their own entrances making it ideal for friends and family sharing. It also has a marvelous roof terrace with a 180 degree sea view. There are ample terraces around the swimming pool that also has numerous sunloungers, seating and a barbeque area.
The ground floor accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, family bathroom & separate wc.
The floor below consists of 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a family shower room. Both areas have comfortable lounges, dining areas and kitchens.

Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain
the town of Javea is set at the foot of the Montgo mountain, it is a beautiful town completely free of high rise hotels and buildings. A peaceful town with three centres. At one end there is the Arenal Beach with its sandy beach, palm trees, long promenade and many bars, restaurants and shops. The waters here are very safe for families with the beach having a very gentle slope into the waters of the Mediterranean. The promenade is a great place for a stroll in the evenings to view the many craft stalls that are set up by various traders.
The other centres, about 1km away are the port and old town areas that have retained much of their old Spanish charm. The old town is full of narrow streets that are steeped in history. The beach at the port is pebbly with a promenade that leads to the harbour with its fish market that caters for the late afternoon arrival of the fishing boats. Because of its natural beauty Javea is regarded as a jewel on the Costa Blanca.
Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
There are also several scenic coves nearby. Grandella , with its crystal clear waters is a favourite for scuba diving and snorkelling as is Portichol. There is even a naturist beach at Ambolo.
Activities. Nearly every kind of watersport is catered for in Javea, and for those who don't want to get their feet wet there is golf, bowls, tennis, cycling, horse riding and hiking to name but a few.
Javea is located centrally between Alicante and Valencia with junctions 62 & 63 of the A7 motorway only a few kilometres away.
Airports: Alicante and Valencia airports are just over 1 hours drive away.
