Villa Son Perello is located within 2km outside the lovely village Campanet, in the northwest of Majorca. Citrus and olive trees and catusses encircle the house. From the big enclosed garden, you have a beautiful view over the countryside and the spurs of the Tramuntana mountain chains.
The interior is neat and well kept with all the necessities. Due to the fireplace and the central heating, this house is suitable for holidays outside the summer months. The snug walkthrough bedroom has a low, sloping ceiling, which will be raised in the autumn of 2004, for more comfort.
A perfect house for a family with one or more kids; there is a cot available, a small private swimming pool (6x3m) and a separate children’s room with television.
In Campanet (2km.) are a communal open-air swimming pool and a recreation area with playground and sports facilities.
The beaches of Port de Pollença and Port d'Alcudia in the northern bays of Majorca is within 15km. The pleasant main town Palma is within approx. 36km and the town Inca, famous for its leather products, within 6km.

Mallorca, the largest Balearic island, is a wonderful holiday island, with it's Mediterranean sea climate and diverse scenery. The coastline consists of long sandy beaches, beautiful bays, and steep rock faces. Especially in the eastern resorts such as Porto Cristo and Cala d'Or you will find numerous picturesque bays, which can also be reached by boat.
Lively night life can be found in the busy tourist centre around Palma de Mallorca in the south east.
A great way to get to know the island is by car. Don't forget the Cap Formentor and the mountain chain "Sierra de Tramuntana" in the west, with exciting mountains and breathtaking views.
