This is a newly built, detached villa built in a typical Majorcan style. It is luxuriously furnished, with among other things a hydro massage shower. On the veranda, you can BBQ wonderfully, while the children are playing on the swing or swimming.
The location is very peaceful, with beautiful views over the surrounding land and in the distance of the spurs of the Tramuntana mountain chains. In the surrounding area there are many possibilities for spending your holiday.
Very interesting is the market of Sineu (2km), which takes place every Wednesday. It is the only market of Majorca where owners handle in the market, it is wonderful for tourists to see.
Broad sandy beaches can be found within 25km in Port d'Alcudia and Port de Pollença. The main town Palma within 34km., which is also worth a visit, it has among other things a beautiful cathedral and many lovely shopping streets and squares.
