Son Garriga is a special luxury country house close to Manacor, authentic in character from the former Majorca farm. Located in the east of Majorca. Maintained with old materials, like winepress. Together with the spacious division of the house and the beautiful private swimming pool, your stay will be in a very comfortable country house.
Manacor is one of the biggest towns of the island, situated on the flat part of the foot of the Serra de Llevant mountain chains. Portocristo, the cosy harbour of Manacor, lies within 13km. The country house is splendid situated, on a property of 200 000m2 with own driveway and a view over the mountains as well as the sea.
In the neighbourhood of the country house, you can take beautiful hikes, horse ride or play golf (the golf course is within 15km). The north of Majorca offers beautiful broad sandy beaches at Port de Pollença and Port d'Alcudia, while on the east coast idyllic, remote bays with usually deserted islands are to be found.
Discover the other part of the island, which is surely worth it. Especially the Tramuntana mountain chain, which stretches from north to south along the west coast, is surely worth it. The fashionable Port de Soller, remote along the foot of the mountain chains is wonderful. But the beautiful cathedral of the main town Palma de Mallorca is worth a visit. The island has much to offer.

Mallorca, the largest Balearic island, is a wonderful holiday island, with it's Mediterranean sea climate and diverse scenery. The coastline consists of long sandy beaches, beautiful bays, and steep rock faces. Especially in the eastern resorts such as Porto Cristo and Cala d'Or you will find numerous picturesque bays, which can also be reached by boat.
Lively night life can be found in the busy tourist centre around Palma de Mallorca in the south east.
A great way to get to know the island is by car. Don't forget the Cap Formentor and the mountain chain "Sierra de Tramuntana" in the west, with exciting mountains and breathtaking views.
