This is a luxury new air-conditioned townhouse situated on the quiet and prestigious La Sella Golf complex with fantastic views over the golf course, Montgo mountain and sea.
On the ground floor of the townhouse there is a covered terrace and garden to the rear side & front with barbecue and furniture for ‘al fresco’ eating.
On the 1st floor there are 2 balconies, 1 with views over the golf course and the other overlooking the swimming pools. On the top floor there is a landing area and a large roof terrace with spectacular panoramic views of mountains, golf course and coastline.
There are sunloungers provided and furniture for more ‘al fresco’ eating or for just enjoying the magnificent sunset over the mountains.
There are 4 shared swimming pools and off road parking to the front of the townhouse.

La Sella, near Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain
La Sella is a golfing area, just inland from the lovely port of Denia.
Amenities:
The complex has outstanding facilities including 4 swimming pools, championship golf course, driving range, restaurants, small supermarket, pharmacy, riding stables and tennis courts.
The glorious sandy beaches of Denia are within a 10 minute drive and the popular Arenal Beach in Javea is a 20 minute drive away.
There are 2 good restaurants within walking distance of the townhouse plus the restaurant and bar on the golf course and all the facilities of the nearby Marriott Hotel.
Golf:
As well as the 18 hole La Sella course there are two other golf courses in the area, Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes and Club de Golf Oliva Nova with 18 holes. Both Club de Golf La Sella and Club de Golf Oliva Nova are Championship courses and have driving ranges.
Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorm's Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Acqualandia and Mundomar here.
At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, there are three, one in each area of Javea, will have details of nearby places of interest.
Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
