The gites are two lovely properties which can be let seperately or as a pair, they are situated side by side. Both have similar facilities but one has 2 double and 1 twin-bedded room (ref 238), the other has 2 double and 1 single room. Total capacity for both gites is 11 persons in 6 bedrooms.
Both have the option of cots. Private patios to each gite, communal garden and parking. BBQs. Washing Machine.
The gites share a Communal gardens. There is now a lovely swimming pool (installed in 2004), which is shared by the farmhouse and gites.
The farmhouse can also be let with the gites or separately.
The prices for this property range from £220 to £715 Sterling per week.
Prices quoted are for the gite sleeping 5 (gites 2)- the gite sleeping 6 is slightly dearer (gite 1). Discounts available for smaller parties or for more weeks. 35% deposit required on booking. Booking form sent by email or post direct on request.

Description of Area in & around Mohon, Josselin
La Trinite Pohoet (2 miles from property) is the nearest village and shops which include a wonderful patisserie (open 6 days a week for superb pasteries and breads) supermarket, chemist, bank and a bar. The village is famous for its wonderful disproportionately large old church and has a local tourist office where you can find all the information needed to make the most of your stay. Local restaurants are mostly very Breton in character with excellent plentiful and reasonable food. Children love La Trinite's own small lake with bathing area and lakeside walks.
Nearby bars, restaurants [including Paddy's Bar]. Close to chateau/market town of Josselin and nearby Lac au Duc with watersports and golf course.
Located in the area of Morbihan, in Ploërmel [Friday market], banks, restaurants, bars, shopping and the Lac au Duc [5 minutes] with watersports [man-made swimming beach plus swimming pool] and 9-hole golf course, restaurant. 15 minutes from the spectacular chateau town of Josselin, overlooking the River Oust, Saturday market, 2 large supermarkets, many restaurants. Go-karting track at Guillac and also nearby private fishing.
Rochefort en Terre [chateau] 30 minutes, with lake – walking, boat hire, bar and restaurant. Malestroit is 20 minutes – niche shops, restaurants, bars, banks, beautiful medieval town on the River Oust which joins with the Nantes to Brest Canal. In nearby St Marcel is the Museum of Resistance to the 2nd World War [Maquis]. It is possible to cycle along the tow-paths from Josselin – Malestroit and a new cycle route has been opened in Ploërmel.
Roughly about 30 minutes from the walled city of Vannes, Golfe du
Morbihan and beaches. There are many other tourist attractions nearby, too many to list, so an early visit to the Ploërmel Tourist Board is advised.
Ploermel and Josselin [with its magnificent Chateau] are 20 minutes away
- markets on Friday and Saturday. Malestroit with its Museum of 2nd World War Resistance is 40 minutes away. The cities of Rennes and Vannes [Market Wedneday and Saturday] are 45 minutes away. The beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan are also within 45 minutes drive and too numerous to individual specify - the beauty is in finding your own personal favourite!
