A townhouse on Playa Paraiso, on a private road and end terrace which means that you can catch the rays all day. There is a patio area to the rear of the house and a very large patio area to the front which can also provide off road parking.
This spacious townhouse has 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has double patio doors leading onto a balcony. The main bathroom is located upstairs with a good sized showeroom downstairs. The third bedroom is also downstairs. There are ceiling fans in all rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped and provides ample storage space if you are planning to eat in during your stay. The lounge/dining room provides a good place to relax during the evenings and along with english TV, you needn't miss events happening at home.

The master bedroom has double doors leading onto a balcony and all bedrooms have built in wardrobes so there is amble storage space. There is a sofabed in the lounge if you have between 6 and 8 people staying which offers extra sleeping space.
The lounge also has a good sized dinning table and chairs if you prefer to eat indoors. With english tv, you don't have to miss any of you favourite programmes.

Description of Area in & around Mar Menor
Playa Paraiso, Mar Menor, La Manga, Costa Claida, Murcia, Spain. This house is situated along the coast of the Mar Menor which averages water temperatures of around 30c during the summer months which makes its an ideal spot for all sorts of water sports including windsurfing, sailing, jet sking and scuba diving. There are several international sailing schools in nearby Cabo de Palos. The Mar Menor is also known for its Black Mud which is said to help in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments.
This area of Spain enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year and as its one of the driest regions of Spain, its a great place to enjoy the winters aswell as the summers.
The famous La Manga Club is a short car journey away where you will find championship golf courses, tennis, spa facilities and many other activities which are open to the public all yera round.
The whole of the La Manga area offers national and international cuisine at very reasonable prices. This area caters for all the family, there is really something for everyone.

Playa Paraiso sits on the edge of the Mar Menor which is a large salt water lagoon. This unique lagoon is ideal for water sports with warm shallow waters.
The Mar Menor is famous for The Black Mud which is said to be very good for your skin. The water in the Mar Menor is recognised for having therapeutic qualities. It is recognised as being a treatment for rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments because of its high saline content.
Closeby are the spectacular beaches of Calblanque which are unspoilt. This area is quite flat and with small villages dotted around you can explore either on foot or by bike.
Description of the Town and Local Activities
Playa Paraiso is a small village located on the edge of the Mar Menor. This area offers a whole host of water sports including water skiing, scuba diving, canoeing and many more.
There are boat trips available from various points around the Mar Menor which take in the coastline of the Mar Menor.
There are tennis courts open to the public all year round aswell as a roller skating rink and a full size go-kart track. As the area is relatively flat it is ideal for walks and bike rides. Bike hire is available close by.
La Manga Club is situated a short drive away and this offers facilities which include golf, tennis, spa facilities and many other activities.
The neighboring villages offer daily makets selling good quality fruit and vegetables, clothes, pictures, rugs and much more.
There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. If you travel a little further afield you will find a large selection of restaurants offering national and international cuisine.
