The back of the house has a patio area with gate which then leads out to a grassed area which is where the communal pool is situated. The pool is a good size and is shared with the other houses which surround it. It also has a separate shallow area for smaller children.

The Mar Menor enjoys average temperatures of 30c during the summer months. With an average of 320 days of sunshine each year and this being one of the driest regions of Spain, it makes an ideal holiday destination in both summer and winter.
There are activities to suit all ages and these include horse riding, go-karting, tennis, golfing and a vast range of nautical sports.
La Manga club is around 5 minutes by car and this offers numerous championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa facilities and many other activities which are on offer all year round so you can do as little or as much as you like on your holiday.
Within the area are a choice of national and international cuisine at very reasonable prices so you will be spoilt for choice.
The house is situated in Mar de Cristal which is an up and coming area. The village has a selection of shops and restaurants and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
There are various markets in the neighboring villages which sell a wide selection of fruit & vegetables, meat, fish, household goods, clothes, pictures and much more.
La Manga Club is a short drive away which also offers a whole host of activities including golf, tennis and spa facilities which are open to the public all year round.
There is a selection of shops and restaurants within walking distance but if you travel a little further afield you can find a large selection of restaurants offering national and international dishes at very reasonable prices.
Bycicle hire is available in the village and there is a go-karting track just a short car ride away. There are also numerous boat trips and nautical sports available.
