Description of villa
in Nerja:
Casa Carob is a delightful villa overlooking olive and avocado trees in the valley with sea views in the distance, in a peaceful area just outside of Nerja. Situated in Almachasres, 4.5 kilometres from the centre of Nerja and 3 kilometres from the shops, bars and restaurants of Capistrano, the villa is built in an elevated position and is accessed by a dirt road.
At the entrance to the villa there are large gates which lead to the parking area, a ramp leads to the front door.
On the ground floor, the living room has comfy sofas, an open fireplace and satellite TV. The American style kitchen is modern and fitted with ceramic hob, fridge / freezer microwave /grill, toaster and kettle.
Upstairs one double and one twin bedroom open onto the shared, south east facing balcony. There is a full bathroom on each floor.
Outside, narrow flowerbeds edge the terraces and there are steps to the pool and terrace where the sun beds, umbrella and terrace furniture are provided.
Prices are per week, per villa.
Taxes and electricity are included.
The villa will be clean on arrival and linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). Change of linen and towels after 7 days.

Description of Area in & around Nerja
Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain
Nerja perches above a spectacular rugged coastline and is situated on the eastern side of the Costa del Sol at the limit of the province of Granada.
The town is surrounded by the natural beauty of the National Park area if Maro-Cerro Gordo with wonderful beaches and hidden coves beneath the backdrop of the Sierra Almijara and Tejeda mountain range.
The region is subtropical and is unique in Europe having an average temperature of 18 and approx 300 sunny days a year.
The main attraction of the old town of Nerja is the beautiful Balcon De Europe – a palm tree lined square that juts out to sea and is flanked by pavement cafes and has a definite cosmopolitan feel favoured by street artistes and musicians alike. At the far end of the Balcon a circular vantage points enables fantastic views of the sea down below and along the coastline.
Nerja not only encompasses the heart of Andalucia but also is respected as the most popular centre for tourism along the eastern Costa del Sol . The town offers all the amenities a visitor could wish for with an abundance of restaurants and bars for all ages.
Taxis, car rental, guided sightseeing trips are available if required. A few hours away by car are Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Gibralter.
