Villa Cortijo Casa Lomas is a charming country cortijo with panoramic views, perched on a hill close to the Burriana beach. Situated in a residential area, about 30 minutes walk from the town center, it is one Nerja´s oldest houses.
The house has recently been cleverly renovated without changing the original features of the building. Casa Lomas sits in its own extensive gardens, surrounded by avocado and lemon trees and is built on one level with a covered terrace at the front ideal for dining al fresco. There is a separate barbecue area in the garden and a further terrace where the large swimming pool (8m x 4m) is situated, stairs to the side of the villa lead to a roof terrace with panoramic views of Nerja and the sea.
The interior comprises of a lounge dining area with open fire place, a separate fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge freezer the washing machine is stored outdoors.
There are two bedrooms one double and one single and a small bathroom with half bath/ shower.
Cortijo Lomas is ideal for either couples or small families and offers simple but comfortable accommodation close to the amenities of Nerja but in a rural type location
Prices are per week, per villa.
Taxes and electricity are included.
The villa will be clean on arrival and linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). Change of linen and towels after 7 days.

Description of Area in & around Nerja
Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain
Nerja perches above a spectacular rugged coastline and is situated on the eastern side of the Costa del Sol at the limit of the province of Granada.
The town is surrounded by the natural beauty of the National Park area if Maro-Cerro Gordo with wonderful beaches and hidden coves beneath the backdrop of the Sierra Almijara and Tejeda mountain range.
The region is subtropical and is unique in Europe having an average temperature of 18 and approx 300 sunny days a year.
The main attraction of the old town of Nerja is the beautiful Balcon De Europe – a palm tree lined square that juts out to sea and is flanked by pavement cafes and has a definite cosmopolitan feel favoured by street artistes and musicians alike. At the far end of the Balcon a circular vantage points enables fantastic views of the sea down below and along the coastline.
Nerja not only encompasses the heart of Andalucia but also is respected as the most popular centre for tourism along the eastern Costa del Sol . The town offers all the amenities a visitor could wish for with an abundance of restaurants and bars for all ages.
Taxis, car rental, guided sightseeing trips are available if required. A few hours away by car are Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Gibralter.
