Description of villa
in Frigiliana, near Nerja:
Casa Paqui is situated above the village of Frigiliana surrounded by countryside. Newly built in the year 2003, it is reach by a rough track most of which is private.
As you arrive at the villa there is an area to park your car, at the front of the house there is a large terrace where the pool is situated, a built in BBQ area and a covered terrace at the front ideal for dining al fresco, plus a balcony that runs around the whole villa.
Once inside you arrive directly into the lounge/ dining area with large stone built fireplace, two x sofas, coffee table, welsh dresser and TV(Spanish only).
The kitchen is separate from the lounge and is fully fitted with pine units and has a large fridge freezer, microwave/ combi and electric hob (the washing machine is stored outside).
There area a total of three bedrooms one double, one twin and a single all with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables.
There is one large bathroom with full bath, hand basin, bidet and toilet
This villa offers good quality accommodation for both families and couples alike.
Prices are per week, per villa.
Taxes and electricity are included.
The villa will be clean on arrival and linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). Change of linen and towels after 7 days.

Frigiliana, near Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain
The region is subtropical and is unique in Europe having an average temperature of 18 and approx 300 sunny days a year.
This enables a prosperous agricultural growth of tropical trees and plants – Avocadoes. Mango, Chirimoyas to name but a few.
For Golf enthusiasts the nearby Anoreta and Bavaria de Golf course at Velez Malaga have all the requirements for even the most experienced of Golfers.
The nearby fishing port of Caleta de Velez Malaga is a great place for marine activities and also Nerja has specialized centres for water sports and scuba diving.
For those wishing to explore further afield the area is rich in culture and history and the nearby Moorish villages of Frigiliana and Maro are only a short distance 4 km from Nerja. Surrounding the area of fine displays of Moorish mudejar architecture and the caves of Nerja are famous for their natural beauty showing artefacts and cave drawings from as far back as the Neolithic age.
Taxis, car rental, guided sightseeing trips are available if required. A few hours away by car are Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Gibralter.
