Description of villa
in Frigiliana, near Nerja:
Villa Ana Marie is a villa in the countryside yet close to the local amenities, it offers ideal accommodation for both families and couples. This villa is situated in the are know as Tablocillos, which is approximately 3 Km from the centre of Nerja, the majority of the road to the villa is surfaced although the last ½ kilometre is un-surfaced.
On entering the grounds of the villa there is s small drive with space to park one car, but there is also parking outside the villa.
At the front of the villa there is a terrace with a large table and chairs ideal for dining fresco and a built BBQ area, plus a balcony that runs around the front of the villa. In addition to this terrace there is a large roof terrace and 15 steps lead to a further terrace where the large swimming pool is situated ( 7mtrs x 4mtrs ).
On entering the villa you arrive into the lounge dining area, which has a and easy chairs, wall unit, coffee table TV Spanish only and a large dining table and chairs.
Off the lounge there is a hall that leads to the large fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, large fridge freezer, small dining table and chairs (washing machine is outside).
There are total of three bedrooms one large double with free standing wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of draws, a twin with bedside table and chest of draws and a single with free standing wardrobe and bedside table.
There is one fully fitted bathroom, with bath/ shower, toilet and hand basin.
Prices are per week, per villa.
Taxes and electricity are included.
The villa will be clean on arrival and linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). Change of linen and towels after 7 days.

The region is subtropical and is unique in Europe having an average temperature of 18 and approx 300 sunny days a year.
This enables a prosperous agricultural growth of tropical trees and plants – Avocadoes. Mango, Chirimoyas to name but a few.
For Golf enthusiasts the nearby Anoreta and Bavaria de Golf course at Velez Malaga have all the requirements for even the most experienced of Golfers.
The nearby fishing port of Caleta de Velez Malaga is a great place for marine activities and also Nerja has specialized centres for water sports and scuba diving.
For those wishing to explore further afield the area is rich in culture and history and the nearby Moorish villages of Frigiliana and Maro are only a short distance 4 km from Nerja. Surrounding the area of fine displays of Moorish mudejar architecture and the caves of Nerja are famous for their natural beauty showing artefacts and cave drawings from as far back as the Neolithic age.
Taxis, car rental, guided sightseeing trips are available if required. A few hours away by car are Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Gibralter.
