in Nerja:
Villa Carabeo is situated in the center of Nerja in one of the oldest streets just 5 min walk from the Balcon De Europa.
The house has just recently been refurbished, but the owners have managed to retain many of the original characteristics.
Due to the position of this villa, there is no parking directly outside the villa, although clients can park at the local car park at the end of the road ( Approx 10 min walk).
On entering the villa you arrive into a hallway, which leads to a small single bedroom, lounge/ study and the main lounge.
Also on the same level there is a fully fitted kitchen, with Hob, oven, fridge / freezer and all modern conveniences, plus a dining area with table and chairs for 8 and two full bathrooms.
From the dining area there is access to two terraces one of which is where the pool is situated the other slightly elevated, both of which have excellent views of the sea and the Balcon De Europa.
On the first floor of the villa there is a total of four bedrooms, two doubles, one twin and a single ( Please note that access to the single room is through the double ) all which are of a good size, there is also a toilet and access to a further two large terraces.
This house offers excellent accommodation in the center of town and is ideal for those who want to be to experience the typical Spanish lifestyle and be within easy walking distance of all the local restaurants and bars.
Prices are per week, per villa. Taxes and electricity are included. The villa will be clean on arrival and linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). Change of linen and towels after 7 days.

Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain
Nerja perches above a spectacular rugged coastline and is situated on the eastern side of the Costa del Sol at the limit of the province of Granada. The town is surrounded by the natural beauty of the National Park area if Maro-Cerro Gordo with wonderful beaches and hidden coves beneath the backdrop of the Sierra Almijara and Tejeda mountain range.
The region is subtropical and is unique in Europe having an average temperature of 18 and approx 300 sunny days a year.
The main attraction of the old town of Nerja is the beautiful Balcon De Europe – a palm tree lined square that juts out to sea and is flanked by pavement cafes and has a definite cosmopolitan feel favoured by street artistes and musicians alike. At the far end of the Balcon a circular vantage points enables fantastic views of the sea down below and along the coastline.
Nerja not only encompasses the heart of Andalucia but also is respected as the most popular centre for tourism along the eastern Costa del Sol . The town offers all the amenities a visitor could wish for with an abundance of restaurants and bars for all ages.
Taxis, car rental, guided sightseeing trips are available if required. A few hours away by car are Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Gibralter.
