in Nerja:
Villa Eduardo is situated approximately 2 kilometers from Nerja, with views of the local countryside and the coast of Nerja. It is situated in a rural location and reach by 300meters of rough track.
On arrival at the villa there is an area directly outside for parking and large gates that lead into the grounds.
Once inside you arrive into a large terrace where the pool is situated and BBQ area, from here there is a small gate leading to a further terrace, which is covered and ideal for dining al fresco and has views of the local countryside and the coast of Nerja.
On entering the villa you arrive directly into a large room, which is divided into lounge/ dining area with sofa and easy chairs, coffee table, and welsh dresser. The kitchen is also part of this room and is fitted out with modern units, gas hob, electric oven and large fridge freezer.
There are a total of three bedrooms one double and two twins all with wardrobes and bedside tables.
There is one full bathroom with toilet, bidet, Bath and hand basin, (the washing machine is also stored here)
This house offers simple accommodation, close to the local amenities but in a typical rural location
Prices are per week, per villa.
Taxes and electricity are included.
The villa will be clean on arrival and linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). Change of linen and towels after 7 days.

Description of Area in & around Nerja
Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain
Nerja perches above a spectacular rugged coastline and is situated on the eastern side of the Costa del Sol at the limit of the province of Granada.
The town is surrounded by the natural beauty of the National Park area if Maro-Cerro Gordo with wonderful beaches and hidden coves beneath the backdrop of the Sierra Almijara and Tejeda mountain range.
The region is subtropical and is unique in Europe having an average temperature of 18 and approx 300 sunny days a year.
The main attraction of the old town of Nerja is the beautiful Balcon De Europe – a palm tree lined square that juts out to sea and is flanked by pavement cafes and has a definite cosmopolitan feel favoured by street artistes and musicians alike. At the far end of the Balcon a circular vantage points enables fantastic views of the sea down below and along the coastline.
Nerja not only encompasses the heart of Andalucia but also is respected as the most popular centre for tourism along the eastern Costa del Sol . The town offers all the amenities a visitor could wish for with an abundance of restaurants and bars for all ages.
Taxis, car rental, guided sightseeing trips are available if required. A few hours away by car are Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Gibralter.
