Description of villa
in Nerja:
Villa Flores is a small, simple and traditional style country villa set on a country lane just 2 kilometres from the centre of Nerja.
The grounds enclosing the house are walled and fenced, enclosing a large terrace with an abundance of potted plants and small flower beds, at the front of the villa the north facing veranda offers an ideal place to “dine al fresco”, use the built in BBQ area and enjoy the pool .
From this terrace there are steps that lead to a small roof terrace where there a views of the local countryside and the coast of Nerja.
Inside, the walls of this cosy house, there is open plan living room with a couple of sofas, coffee table, TV and a dining table and chairs
The open style kitchen, which has a window view of the terrace, is equipped with a breakfast bar, hob and small oven, a fridge freezer; the washing machine is stored in the outside utility room.
In keeping with the pleasantly understated atmosphere of villa Flores, there are two neat, simply styled bedrooms one twin and one double both with window views of the pool area, both shares a small bathroom
Prices are per week, per villa.
Taxes and electricity are included.
The villa will be clean on arrival and linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). Change of linen and towels after 7 days.

Description of Area in & around Nerja
Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain
Nerja perches above a spectacular rugged coastline and is situated on the eastern side of the Costa del Sol at the limit of the province of Granada.
The town is surrounded by the natural beauty of the National Park area if Maro-Cerro Gordo with wonderful beaches and hidden coves beneath the backdrop of the Sierra Almijara and Tejeda mountain range.
The region is subtropical and is unique in Europe having an average temperature of 18 and approx 300 sunny days a year.
The main attraction of the old town of Nerja is the beautiful Balcon De Europe – a palm tree lined square that juts out to sea and is flanked by pavement cafes and has a definite cosmopolitan feel favoured by street artistes and musicians alike. At the far end of the Balcon a circular vantage points enables fantastic views of the sea down below and along the coastline.
Nerja not only encompasses the heart of Andalucia but also is respected as the most popular centre for tourism along the eastern Costa del Sol . The town offers all the amenities a visitor could wish for with an abundance of restaurants and bars for all ages.
Taxis, car rental, guided sightseeing trips are available if required. A few hours away by car are Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Gibralter.
