This is a lovely villa in its own spacious grounds, which are made up of large lawned areas, trees and shrubs; the large pool is situated at the front of the house. This Large 4 bedroom villa is situated very close to Capistrano ands offers ideal accommodation for those looking for villa accommodation within easy reach of all local amenities.
The living accommodation is on two floors; on entering you arrive into a large hall with curved staircase leading to the first floor.
On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge/dining area with open fireplace, sofas and easy chairs, satellite TV, a large dining table and chairs and patio doors lead to a large terrace/balcony. Also on this level, just off from the lounge there is a double bedroom and shower room with wash hand basin and toilet.
The kitchen is fully fitted with modern conveniences, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a breakfast table and chairs. From the utility room (with cooking facilities) there is access to a further terrace with BBQ.
Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a fully fitted bathroom and a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate toilet, from this bedroom there are patio doors leading to a large terrace/balcony, which overlooks the pool and garden
Prices are per week, per villa.

The villa will be clean on arrival and linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). Change of linen and towels after 7 days.

Description of Area in & around Nerja
Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain
Nerja perches above a spectacular rugged coastline and is situated on the eastern side of the Costa del Sol at the limit of the province of Granada.
The town is surrounded by the natural beauty of the National Park area if Maro-Cerro Gordo with wonderful beaches and hidden coves beneath the backdrop of the Sierra Almijara and Tejeda mountain range.
The region is subtropical and is unique in Europe having an average temperature of 18 and approx 300 sunny days a year.
The main attraction of the old town of Nerja is the beautiful Balcon De Europe – a palm tree lined square that juts out to sea and is flanked by pavement cafes and has a definite cosmopolitan feel favoured by street artistes and musicians alike. At the far end of the Balcon a circular vantage points enables fantastic views of the sea down below and along the coastline.
Nerja not only encompasses the heart of Andalucia but also is respected as the most popular centre for tourism along the eastern Costa del Sol . The town offers all the amenities a visitor could wish for with an abundance of restaurants and bars for all ages.
Taxis, car rental, guided sightseeing trips are available if required. A few hours away by car are Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Gibralter.
