A beautiful large sunny villa all on two levels. Situated in probably the most picturesque part of Javea. The villa has fantastic picture postcard views across the mountains and with distance country views.
The villa is a private home, and has been decorated and furnished to a high standard including new kitchen, 3 bathrooms and tiled light floors etc.
Outside there is ample covered parking for many cars and the plot is walled in for privacy.
The pool is very private and has ample terrace area with sunloungers. There is also a covered terrace area with comfortable cane furniture and a BBQ with seating area. As well as a top covered naya that can also be opened up.
The garden has mature palms and gravel and other terraced areas with open land to the front. The pool is 8x4.
Inside the property there is 2 very large lounge dining areas with patio doors opening on to terrace and the pool area. The room has many nice features; Tosca arches fire place and ceiling fans etc. There is TV and /DVD with satellite channels and a play station
Two large modern kitchens both fully equipped with integrated appliances including fridge/ freezer and microwave electric oven and gas hob etc. Utility room with washing machine is outside.
Large family bathroom with shower above the bath.
Two master bedrooms, one with en-suite and lovely open views. The room is very large and airy.
Bed 3 is a good size twin room with open country views. Bed 4 is a large twin bedded room with built in wardrobes Bedroom 5 is a twin room
The villa has an internal staircase, with a door, so the villa can be self contained as 2 separate villas.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms And 2 bedrooms downstairs with 1 bathroom.

Description of Area in & around Javea
There are many restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts and golf courses all within a short drive. Many small beaches are close by and the main beach and town centre of Javea is approximately a 5 min drive away.
Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain
Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted environmentally near perfect by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorms Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Acqualandia and Mundomar here. At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, there are three, one in each area of Javea, will have details of nearby places of interest. Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
