This is a new villa built all on one level, situated on a side road in an elevated position. This newly constructed villa sits in its own private well-maintained grounds and is ideally placed in a tranquil secluded location within reach of nearby amenities in Frigiliana village, 5 km away.
On entering the grounds there are several levels, below the villa there is private parking for at least two cars. On the entrance level there is a covered built in BBQ area with a traditional bread oven, sink etc, a covered terrace with flower beds ideal for dining “Al fresco”. Two steps lead to a spacious terrace and pool with Jacuzzi with fantastic views of the local countryside and coast.
The villa is built on one level on entering you arrive into a large lounge/ dining room with patio doors opening out on to all the terraces; there are stairs, which lead to a suspended room, which has a double bed.
The kitchen is fully fitted with dark pine furniture with dishwasher, electric oven, hob and large fridge freezer (washing machine stored outdoors)
There are two good sized bedrooms one double and one twin both with fitted wardrobes, both share a fully fitted bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle.
This villa offers an excellent standard of accommodation for both families and couples seeking a relaxing holiday in the heart of rural Spain.

The region is subtropical and is unique in Europe having an average temperature of 18C and approx 300 sunny days a year.
This enables a prosperous agricultural growth of tropical trees and plants – Avocadoes. Mango, Chirimoyas to name but a few.
For Golf enthusiasts the nearby Anoreta and Bavaria de Golf course at Velez Malaga have all the requirements for even the most experienced of Golfers.
The nearby fishing port of Caleta de Velez Malaga is a great place for marine activities and also Nerja has specialized centres for water sports and scuba diving.
For those wishing to explore further afield the area is rich in culture and history and the nearby Moorish villages of Frigiliana and Maro are only a short distance 4 km from Nerja. Surrounding the area of fine displays of Moorish mudejar architecture and the caves of Nerja are famous for their natural beauty showing artefacts and cave drawings from as far back as the Neolithic age.
Taxis, car rental, guided sightseeing trips are available if required. A few hours away by car are Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Gibralter.
